Orientation NUST 2021

Orientation of Undergraduate Freshmen is marked as a flagship event of NUST. It is a 5 days long mega event where freshmen experience the culture and also get familiarization of infrastructure of NUST. The freshmen along with their parents were welcomed to their departments by SOC’s on Day 1. This day was all about formal briefings given by Principals of respective schools which came to an end with Q&A session of Registrar and Parents parallel to signature batch photograph. The next day started off with same energy where SOC’s were seen guiding freshmen to their respective classrooms for proper reception of documents along with some ice breaking activities. In second half students were briefed about NUST in Jinnah Auditorium and later acquainted with Clubs and Societies by visiting stalls in the lobby. The first half of remaining three days was dedicated to Inter-school visits whereas multiple activities were planned in the second half of the day in collaboration with Clubs and Societies such as Exhibition Matches, Blood Donation Drive, Green Quest and E-games. This whole grand event concluded with Concert where Bayaan and Mustafa Zahid were names that lit up everyone’s faces with excitement and thrill of upcoming night.
