HEC’s National Round of Pakistan Universities Debating Championship 2024-25 (8th Oct 25)

NUST secured the second position in the English Category of the HEC National Round of the Pakistan Universities Debating Championship 2025-26, held on 8th October 2025 (Wednesday) at the HEC Auditorium, H-9, Islamabad. The NUST Team, comprising Ms. Rija Fatima Aeyzaz (NBS, BS Accounting & Finance, 5th Semester), Ms. Tayyaba Naveed (SEECS, BS Electrical Engineering, 5th Semester), and Mr. Shahmir Muhammad (SMME, BS Mechanical Engineering, 5th Semester), along with Dr. Muhammad Adil Iqbal, Faculty Sponsor of the NUST Debating Society (NDS) ex NBS, received the award from Ms. Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training.
