Book Festival – 2nd December 2024

The NUST Book Festival, organized by the NUST Book Club, took place on December 2nd, 2024. The event commenced with an engaging session featuring young author Hiba Adeel Toor, who discussed her book. This was followed by a creative writing workshop, offering participants the opportunity to enhance their writing skills. A story-writing competition also took place, encouraging creativity among attendees. Later, a panel discussion on Pakistani Folklore was held, featuring a distinguished group of intellectuals who shared insights into the rich cultural heritage and timeless stories of Pakistan. The event also included a costume competition and a screening of the acclaimed film “The Kite Runner”. Overall, the festival provided a dynamic and enriching experience, blending fun, creativity, and cultural learning throughout the day.
